Gift voucher exchange and refund conditions

1. Before purchasing a gift voucher, Buyers must assess all circumstances relating to the service, including but not limited to opening hours, location, the nature of the service, applicable internal rules and other service conditions.
2. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for other vouchers, services or money. They cannot be exchanged for cash; no partial value is refunded or compensated in any other form, including card payments, bank transfers or other payment methods.
3. Gift vouchers, gift cards or gift sets won in lotteries, games, quizzes or other lawfully announced marketing campaigns organised by the Company cannot be exchanged for other services or compensated in money. Such vouchers are non-refundable and are not paid out in any way.
4. A voucher’s validity period is not extended, except in cases of force majeure provided for by Lithuanian law. After its expiry date, the voucher is invalid and cannot be used.
5. If service prices change before a voucher is used, the Buyer must pay the difference. The voucher’s value is not indexed and cannot be recalculated retrospectively.

Reservation rules

6.1. A reservation may be changed no later than 24 hours before the appointment.

6.2. If the Buyer does not attend at the agreed time and fails to notify the Company, the voucher is considered used.

6.3. If the Buyer is more than 15 minutes late, the Company may refuse to provide the service and the voucher is considered used.

Responsibility and safety

7. By purchasing a voucher, the Buyer confirms that they have read all service safety rules and accept responsibility for their behaviour during the service.
8. The Buyer confirms that, when receiving the service, they are not under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or psychoactive substances and have no health conditions that could pose a risk to themselves or others.
9. Services are provided only to persons who meet the safety requirements. Minors require the consent or presence of a parent or guardian.

Force majeure

10. The Company is not liable and is not obliged to compensate the voucher’s value if the service cannot be provided due to force majeure circumstances.

Changes to the rules

11. The Company reserves the right to update or amend these voucher usage rules at any time.
